The Minker Hall gets it name from former Chief and Board of Director Charles Leroy Minker and his wife Mrs. Elizabeth Minker, Executive Chairman of the Community Fire Company of Perryville, MD. The Minker's began hosting dinners in the Fire Hall of PVFC starting back in the 1920's. The Minker's tradition is still carried on to this day, and to honor the couple the Fire Hall was renamed after the Minker couple in April of 2002. The Minker Hall received a major renovation 7 years ago and the results turned out phenomenally.
